What floor care services we provide
Strip-and-wax for VCT (vinyl composition tile) on a documented schedule — typically annually for high-traffic, every 18–24 months for moderate traffic. Burnishing for hard surfaces between strip cycles to maintain gloss and protect finish. Hardwood refinishing and polish maintenance. Terrazzo cleaning and crystallization. Why floor care matters more than most building owners realize
Tracked-in dirt is the fastest way to ruin commercial flooring prematurely. A VCT floor that should last 15 years can be visibly degraded in 5 if it is not on a regular strip-and-wax schedule. How we schedule floor care
Most commercial floor care is scheduled around your building’s lowest-traffic windows — weekends, holidays, after-hours. Strip-and-wax requires the floor to be empty for 8–12 hours total during the cure window, so we plan around that.
Smaller projects (single-room burnishing) can happen during a normal nightly cleaning shift.
