Every program below is delivered by our own bonded, background-checked crews under named supervisor accountability. Most clients use a combination of two or three of these services.
Recurring programs
Run on a documented schedule. Same crews, same scope, every visit.
Nightly Janitorial
The recurring foundation of every cleaning program. After-hours office cleaning on a documented scope, 5, 3, or 2 nights per week. Workstation, lobby, conference room, restroom, and break-room cleaning with EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfection.
Day Porter Services
A uniformed cleaner on-site during business hours. Real-time restroom checks, lobby resets, conference room turnover, kitchen upkeep, and spill response. Common configurations: 4, 6, or 8 hours daily, 5 days per week.
Restroom Sanitation Programs
EPA hospital-grade disinfection of every touch point with appropriate dwell times, supply restocking on a stocked-pantry model, and sign-off documentation for facilities with compliance reporting requirements.
Green Cleaning
EPA Safer Choice certified chemicals, microfiber-only application, color-coded equipment, and HEPA-filtered vacuums. Available as a full program or as an add-on layer to any other service.
Project programs
Scheduled by quarter or by event. Priced per project.
Commercial Floor Care
VCT strip and wax, scrub and recoat, polished concrete maintenance, hardwood and specialty floor care. Scheduled annually or semi-annually depending on traffic.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction for deep cleaning, low-moisture encapsulation for occupied spaces, and bonnet cleaning between extractions. Quarterly or annually for high-traffic offices.
Commercial Disinfection Services
EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants applied with proper dwell times. Routine add-on cadence for nightly programs and electrostatic spray for post-incident response.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Phased cleaning around construction handover. Rough cleanup mid-project, post-construction final clean after trades are out, touch-up cleaning at handover, and ready-for-tenant white-glove cleaning when needed.
