What’s included in post-construction cleaning
Rough-clean after construction: heavy debris removal, vacuum and sweep, basic surface dust. Final-clean before move-in: detailed dusting of every horizontal and vertical surface, glass and window cleaning inside and out (where accessible), bathroom commissioning (sealing, polishing, full sanitation), kitchen and breakroom commissioning, hard-floor cleaning and initial polish, HVAC vent and grille cleaning, light fixture cleaning.
We coordinate with general contractors and tenant project managers so the cleaning sequence matches the construction schedule. Punch-list items get re-cleaned after they are addressed.

How post-construction cleaning is priced
Post-construction cleaning is typically quoted as a one-time fixed fee based on square footage and scope. Rough-clean rates run roughly $0.25–0.40 per square foot. Final-clean rates run roughly $0.40–0.75 per square foot, depending on detail level and finish requirements.
We do walkthroughs before quoting, because finish-level requirements vary dramatically (a Class A office is a different scope than a warehouse).
