Company History
Fraser Commercial Services has been a trusted cleaning company since 1987, proudly serving Connecticut, Rhode Island and Central Florida. With 39+ years of experience, we provide nightly janitorial and project work for offices, banks, schools and industrial buildings. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and that is the part we are proudest of.
Where We Started
The history of Fraser Commercial Services began in 1987 when Scott Fraser started cleaning buildings on his own. He earned trust through consistency, attention to detail, and doing what he said he would do. His personal approach quickly helped the business grow.
Where We Are Today
Today, Fraser Commercial Services employs more than one hundred dedicated team members and delivers reliable cleaning services to facilities throughout the region. Despite our growth, we remain grounded in the values that built our company: showing up, doing quality work, communicating clearly, and treating every client like family.
We are family owned and veteran owned, and we are not a franchise. We never subcontract or outsource our cleaning. Every member of our crew is a trained, background checked Fraser Commercial employee, which is how we keep our standards consistent across every account.
