Overview
At Fraser Commercial Services, we value the privacy of our clients and website visitors. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with our website or lead forms.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways. First, information you provide to us directly:
Contact Data
- Name
- Business email address
- Phone number
Property Data
- Facility type
- Square footage
- Service requirements
How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for business purposes, including:
- Generating professional cleaning quotes and proposals
- Scheduling facility walk-throughs and services
- Communicating via email or SMS regarding your inquiries
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically, without you filling anything out. This includes the pages you view, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location, and the site or search that sent you here.
We use two kinds of tools for this. Website analytics help us understand which pages are useful and how people find us. This tells us about traffic patterns, not about you personally. Business visitor identification matches the internet address of a visit to the company it belongs to, so we can see that a business looked at our site. It does not tell us the name, email address, or identity of the individual person who visited, and we do not attempt to find that out.
We use this to understand which businesses are interested in our services so our team can follow up appropriately. We do not sell, rent, or trade any of it.
Most browsers let you block cookies or use private browsing if you would rather not be counted. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add on that Google provides.
Data Protection
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to ensure your data remains confidential.
