What our green cleaning program includes
Cleaning products certified by Green Seal, EcoLogo, or EPA Safer Choice. HEPA filtration on all vacuum equipment to reduce airborne particulate. Microfiber cleaning systems that reduce water and chemical use compared to traditional cotton mops and rags. Concentrated cleaning chemicals to reduce packaging waste and shipping impact. Documented dilution control to prevent over-application of chemicals.
We can document the program for LEED Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance (O+M) credit submissions or for tenant indoor-air-quality reporting.

How green cleaning is priced
Green cleaning runs roughly the same per-square-foot rate as standard commercial cleaning. The product cost difference is marginal at scale. The labor cost is the same. What changes is the documentation overhead — we provide product certification documentation, dilution logs, and reporting that buildings need for compliance or tenant communication.
