Commercial carpet extraction in our service area runs roughly $0.18–0.35 per square foot for one-time cleanings, with discounts for ongoing annual programs and larger square footage. We provide line-itemed quotes that include any furniture-moving, pre-treatment, and protection treatments.
Most clients combine carpet extraction with the rest of their cleaning scope so it shows up as a single annual line item rather than a separate vendor.
