Most general-office janitorial in our service area runs between $0.07 and $0.25 per square foot per cleaning, with the variable being scope and frequency. We provide line-itemed quotes so you can see exactly what each piece costs.
There are no surprise upcharges. Anything that is not in the original scope is quoted as a separate add-on, and you approve it before we do it.
