Phases of construction cleanup we handle

A typical commercial construction project runs through three or four cleanup phases. We can be brought in for any combination — or all of them, end to end:

  • Rough cleanup — mid-project debris removal, gross trash haul, sweep-out before drywall finish or floor installation
  • Post-construction final clean — the deep clean after trades are out: dust everywhere, residue on glass, paint splatter, sticker removal, fixture and fitting wipe-down, floor care
  • Touch-up clean — the day-before-handover pass, after the punch list is closed and any last-touches by trades are complete
  • White-glove ready-for-tenant clean — for executive offices, anchor tenants, or high-end commercial space where the first impression has to be perfect on day one

Construction cleanup scopes are project-specific, but a typical post-construction final clean covers everything below. We’ll customize the scope to match your project’s phase, square footage, and handover timeline:

Surface and detail cleaning

  • Removal of construction dust from all horizontal and vertical surfaces — walls, ceilings, ledges, baseboards, sills, mullions
  • Cabinet and millwork interior + exterior cleaning
  • Sticker, label, and protective film removal from windows, fixtures, appliances
  • Light fixture, vent, and grille dust removal
  • Door, frame, and hardware wipe-down
  • Glass cleaning — windows, partitions, doors, mirrors

Floor care

  • Debris and construction-trash removal
  • Initial sweep and vacuum (HEPA on dust-heavy projects)
  • Hard-floor wash and detail clean — tile grout cleaning, sealed-concrete care
  • VCT and LVT initial polish
  • New carpet vacuum, spot-treat where needed
  • Stair and landing cleaning, including handrails

Restroom and kitchen cleaning

  • Full hospital-grade disinfection of new fixtures — toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, dispensers

How we crew and schedule construction projects

Construction cleanup runs differently than recurring janitorial. We staff up with the crew size your timeline needs, work to your handover date, and stay flexible if the schedule shifts (because it always does). For most commercial projects, we walk the space with you or your GC before the project starts to understand the scope, the timeline, and any specific protocols. We provide a project-specific written quote and a clear invoice tied to the milestones agreed up front.

We carry general liability insurance and our crews are bonded; we’ll add your project, your GC, or your ownership entity as named insured on request. Every cleaner assigned to your project is background-checked. We’ll work to your site-specific safety, PPE, and access protocols, and we coordinate with your GC’s site supervisor on schedule and access.
