Do I need to be home?
Nope. Most of our commercial work happens after hours with no one on site. If you’d like a walk through at the end, we’re happy to do that. Otherwise just unlock the gate and we’ll handle the rest.
How long does it take?
Two to three hours for most homes, depending on size and the number of windows. Larger homes with a lot of glass can take a bit longer. We’ll tell you up front when you book, and we get it all done in a single visit.
Do you put ladders against my house?
No. We use water fed pole systems for upper floors and skylights, the same gear we use on bank exteriors. Nothing leans against your siding, shutters, or gutters.
When’s the best time of year to schedule?
Spring after the pollen settles and fall after the leaves come down are the two big windows. We work year round. Winter cleans are surprisingly popular for homes with a lot of natural light.
What if it rains the day after?
Rainwater is clean. It doesn’t leave streaks. The dirty marks come from dust on dirty glass. Once your windows are clean, rain runs right off.
