Scott Fraser founded the company in 1987 and still owns it today. Alex Fraser runs the day-to-day operations alongside business partner Connor Smith. There is no franchise license, no out-of-state holding company, no rotating regional manager you have to re-orient every six months. Vetted, bonded, background-checked staff — by default

Every cleaner assigned to a regulated site (banks, credit unions, medical offices, government facilities) is background-checked before they receive a key or fob. Our crews are bonded with general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are provided on request. Named insured can be added for any branch network.

This is not an upsell. It is the default standard for every Fraser job, regardless of vertical. We do not bill extra for it because it is how we operate.

Hands-on quality control

Every Fraser building is on a recurring inspection cycle. Our inspection lead runs routes Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday across different regions of our service area. Every building gets eyes on it roughly every two months — supplies are checked, standards are audited, and anything off-spec is flagged immediately. Issues get a same-day response from the projects lead, who keeps a truck stocked for emergency supply drops and last-minute coverage.

This is the part of commercial cleaning most providers skip because it costs money to run an inspection program. We have done it for 39 years because it is the difference between a clean building tomorrow and a clean building three years from now.

Long client tenure

Our oldest client relationships go back over 30 years.
