Signs your floor needs it sooner than scheduled
Yellowing or dulling finish that no longer responds to regular mopping, visible traffic lanes or wear patterns near entrances and high-use areas, buildup that makes floors look dirty even right after cleaning, and any areas where the finish has worn through to bare tile are all signs a strip and wax is overdue.
Scrub and recoat as a middle option
Between full strip-outs, a scrub and recoat service refreshes the top layer of finish without stripping all the way down to bare floor. This is faster, less disruptive, and less expensive than a full strip and wax, and it can extend the time between full strips if done on the right schedule.
