Different vendors structure pricing differently. Some bury project work in monthly rates. Others quote per-hour instead of per-sqft. To compare cleanly:
- Normalize on $ per sq ft per month for the nightly portion.
- Get project services quoted separately so you see the real per-service cost.
- Confirm the scope of work in writing, same number of nights, same scope items.
- Verify the same compliance level, background checks, bonding, COI requirements.
- Get the rate-card for emergency or one-off work outside the contract.
