Alex Fraser runs day-to-day operations at Fraser Commercial Services. He is the second generation of the Fraser family to lead the company, taking over operations from his father Scott Fraser in 2025. Today he is responsible for the company’s growth, sales, and the introduction of better operational systems as Fraser Commercial scales.
Background
Alex grew up around the family business and has been involved in Fraser Commercial Services from the operational side for years. He took over day-to-day leadership in 2025 alongside business partner Connor Smith.

Alex oversees:
- Sales and new client acquisition across the bank/credit union, healthcare, manufacturing, and office verticals
- Proposal generation and pricing
- Operational systems and the company’s ongoing modernization
- Marketing and brand positioning
- Client relationship management for marquee multi-branch accounts

Alex’s focus is on expanding Fraser Commercial Services across Connecticut while preserving what made the company a trusted choice for 39 years: vetted staff, hands-on quality control, and the kind of long client tenure that only comes from doing the work right week after week. The company’s specialization in bank and credit union cleaning — over 100 branches under contract — is a core part of that strategy.
